Diane Hubbard
Community Liaison

A long time resident of northern Morgan county, Diane serves as Community Liaison.  She represents Congressman Rokita at local events and manages specific projects serving the people of Indiana’s 4th District.  Her background of service includes multiple leadership roles in community organizations, school associations, and political campaigns.  She currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Morgan County Republican Central Committee.  Originally from Mississippi, Diane attended Ole Miss  before moving to Monrovia, her father’s childhood home.   She is married, the mother of one son, and proud to be a fourth generation Hoosier.


Jonathan Matthes
Constituent Outreach Manager

Jonathan is a native Hoosier, who attended Franciscan University of Steubenville for college. He then spent four years in Seminary at St. Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology, before a stint covering local government for the newspapers the Mooresville-Decatur Times and Martinsville Reporter-Times. 


Joe McLain
District Director

Joe serves as the District Director and is based in the Danville District Office.  Joe is responsible for managing district operations, attending events, and visiting with constituents on behalf of Representative Rokita throughout the district.  He joined Representative Rokita’s staff after serving as Indiana’s Help America Vote Act Administrator under then Secretary of State Rokita where he assisted counties and the state in implementing the Act.  Joe is married and the father of two sons and a daughter.  


Abhi Reddy
District Policy Advisor

Abhi is a proud Hoosier currently serving as the Policy Advisor to the 4th District Congressional Office.  He will assist the district and legislative team and develop policy for the Legislative Director and serve as advisor to Representative Rokita.  He will also conduct research, take constituent meetings, and will have primary responsibility for the Red Tape Rollback program.  Abhi is a graduate of Carmel High School (IN), Purdue University, and IU McKinney School of Law,  and is still recovering from watching the Chicago Cubs win the World Series.


Christina Sharp

Christina is a proud native Hoosier born in Seymour, Indiana and raised in Crawfordsville, Indiana. She is a former intern in the Congressman’s office.  Christina attended Indiana Bible College and in 2009 earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies with a minor in International Studies.  Christina attended Ivy Tech Community College and majored in paralegal.  Christina is currently continuing her education at Indiana Wesleyan University.  Christina enjoys participating in her community orchestra and community events.


Teri Smith
Director of Constituent Services

Teri is a Life-Long Hoosier and a graduate of Marion University.  Teri has been a practicing Paralegal for over 25 years for private law firms, as well as the Indiana Secretary of State’s Office, within the Securities Division.  Teri is currently the Director of Constituent Services and oversees all of the casework that is directed to Congressman Todd Rokita’s District Office. 


Mark Warner
Community Liaison

Mark Warner works in our District office as a Community Liaison.  Mark previously served as Political Director for the Indiana State Republican Party.  Prior to that he served as Mayor's Neighborhood Liaison for former Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard.

Mark Cruz
Chief of Staff

Prior to joining the office, Mark was a Legislative Fellow for Representative Tom Cole (OK).  Previous to that, he taught high school on the Rosebud Indian Reservation in South Dakota.  Mark earned his bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University and a master’s degree from Brown University.  


Andrew Downing
Legislative Assistant

Andrew is Legislative Correspondent for Representative Rokita.  He graduated from the Catholic University of America (CUA).  He previously worked for Congressman Frank Guinta of New Hampshire. 


Rachel Kantrowitz
Staff Assistant

Rachel serves as the Staff Assistant and Tour Coordinator for Representative Rokita.  Originally from Sherborn, Massachusetts, Rachel attended Indiana University, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History.  Prior to joining the Congressman’s staff, Rachel worked as a field director on the Todd Young for US Senate campaign, and worked throughout Indiana’s 4th district.


Michael Mets
Legislative Assistant & Digital Media Director

Michael graduated with a master’s in Public Policy from Stony Brook University.  After finishing an internship with Representative Rokita, he worked for several political campaigns in New York and Connecticut, before taking a fulltime position with Congressman Rokita.  He handles issues related to energy, environment, foreign affairs, tax, trade, telecommunication, science, technology, financial services, housing, small business, and the legislative aspects of the Red Tape Rollback program.


Parker Reynolds
Senior Advisor

Parker is the Senior Advisor for Representative Rokita and handles budget, transportation, health care, and Social Security.  Prior to working for Congressman Rokita, Parker was employed by the Congressional Research Service, Representative Virginia Foxx, and McAllister & Quinn.  He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.


Jessica Williams
Deputy Chief of Staff

An Indiana native, Jessica is a graduate of Marian University in Indianapolis.  She is a former intern in the Congressman’s office.  Jessica handles all scheduling invitations and requests.
