Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, a measure that will prohibit abortions after five months of pregnancy. Indiana’s Republican representatives, Reps. Jackie Walorski, Marlin Stutzman, Todd Rokita, Susan Brooks, Luke Messer, Larry Bucshon and Todd Young, all voted for the bill.
